Does Split Ends Treatment Shampoo Help Hair Growth?

I'm always told that getting your ends trimmed will help your hair grow faster. If the main reason is to eliminate split ends, then will split ends treatment shampoo/conditioner also help your hair grow faster?





Anyone know of any other way to help your hair grow faster other than the occasional trim?Does Split Ends Treatment Shampoo Help Hair Growth?
Trimming your split ends does not make your hair grow any faster just makes it look healthier, that's just an ';Old Wives tale';.





There's a saying, ';your hair is what you eat'; meaning everything that goes into your mouth your hair will feed from it, so eat healthy, drink plenty of water and use good shampoo.


Also trim your hair every 6-8 weeks.Does Split Ends Treatment Shampoo Help Hair Growth?
trimming your hair does NOT make your hair grow faster, it just keeps your ends looking healthy and helps prevent split ends(and don't cut it too often or else you'll never gain any inches)..there's a couple things that might speed up growth a little but really, it's a waiting game. but you can try hot oil treatments and vitamins.
