I use a basic shampoo and a separate conditioner. But I have an issue with dry, breakable hair, so I got some moisturizing treatment, too. But I'm not sure if I treat then condition, or the other way around. Or do I need to condition if I do the treatment? Help, please - thank you!Shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing treatment...what order do they go in?
With dry, breakable hair..honestly..the very best thing you can do is this...wash it MAXIMUM 3 times a week. I know that alot of people on here are going to think that that is totally disgusting, but here's why : when you don't wash your hair, your scalp produces NATURAL oils to help condition and protect the folicle. What happens then is your hair is getting its OWN conditioning! If you need to style your hair, or don't feel comfortable or clean if you don't wash your hair every day, then simply RINSE it under barely warm water. This will not take away the natural oils. In fact, you will be helping to spread the oil from your scalp through your hair, which will go a heck of a lot further than conditioning your hair with something from the shampoo aisle!
You can also try getting more protein into your diet. Hair and nails are made up of protein. Lack of protein or not enough will cause your hair and nails to become brittle.
Don't forget dairy products! Calcium in your body helps with the condition of your hair as well.
Don't forget..your hair is DEAD once it passes from the follicle and grows out. It may LOOK like conditioning products are helping, but all that they reallly do is plump up the shaft of hair making it look healthier. Diet and proper hydration is really the key to great hair.
Good luck and I hope this helps!
:o)Shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing treatment...what order do they go in?
shampoo, condition, treat
if its a leave in conditioner its okay, but it goes in tht order
treat your hair when u wake up and wen you go to bed. it might help if u buy silk pillow cases!
Well, conditioner basically is a moisturizing treatment, so it would be doing the same thing twice.
I would try using shampoo then moisturizing treatment, and if your hair is still dry and breakable, use both conditioner and the treatment, in that order.
You need a special shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. A good one to use is neutrogena triple moisture it really helps for dry hair, that or anything that has moisture Mane' n Tale is a good one too Also use a hot oil treatment once a week and do not heat style your hair unless you absolutely have to and if you do have to use a heat protection spray. and use an ionic blow dryer. You have to protect your hair. Also do not use any chemicals in it until it gets healthy again and get your ends cut at least once every 4 weeks until it stops breaking.
1.Shampoo.
2.Moisturize.
3.Condition.
4.Use a bit of hair spary.
Hope UR hair loks Better.
