I've already tried products like Dove, Infusium 23, and Garnier fructis, but they didnt work. Is there anything out there that will work for my hair.I have realy fine hair that keeps breaking, what type of shampoo or treatment can i use to strenthen my hair?
you've used some of the worst products you can buy. that's why it's not working. try using professional hair product.
try using paul mitchell super strong shampoo, conditioner, and treatment. i use it almost everyday in my salon and i've seen it do some pretty amazing things on all hair types.
also, avoid putting your hair in a ponytail and avoid tucking it behind your your ears. these are the two leading causes of breakage.I have realy fine hair that keeps breaking, what type of shampoo or treatment can i use to strenthen my hair?

You can find it at most retailers like Wal-Mart.....
i think one of the best available in stores is nexus. it really helps strenghten your hair, because it has vitamins in it. it also contains keratin, which is what your hair is made of.
otherwise, you can try natural remedies, such as unflavored gelatin (mix a packet with some water, and spread through your hair, leave on for an hour), olive oil (apply all over, massage in, shampoo out), or raw eggs (spread through, rinse with tepid water)
you can also look for vitamins that you take that will help your hair become stronger.
try ';biosilk get thick shampoo, and fruitik also by biosilk...
dove its good cus i use..
I SUGGEST YOU USE HEAD AND SHOULDERS YOU CAN FIND IT AT PRACTICALLY ANY STORE
I had the same problem.
The Nexxus line of products worked for me.
For fine hair, I would suggest that you start oiling your hair regularly. What I mean is an oil massage on the scalp 30 minutes before each wash. This helps to increase the blood circulation carrying more oxygen to the brain %26amp; at the same time nourishing the roots %26amp; strengthening them. The oils you could use are coconut, olive or even almond oil. Avoid too much use of hair straigthening plates as this harms the hair. When you use the hair dryer, do not use it too hot %26amp; finish off with cool air. When washing, do not use too hot water. Get a trimming done regularly. Good luck!!
pantene works really good to strenghten hair. you need to also get a really good straightner because that can cause really bad breaks in hair if it's not a good brand.
