i take multivitamin, biotin 5,000 IU, Vitamin E 400IU and super vitamin b-complex (yes that's what the vitamin is called) all of these can be found at walmart,CVS,etc.It will take at least 1 month to kick into your system. these are the basic components to healthy hair. if your hair isn't healthy it wont grow. Next try massaging the scalp with avocado, sweet almond oil, or jojoba oil with a few drops (3 drops at the most) of essential rosemary oil or lavander oil (once a week)they are proven to help re-grow hair. also nioxin is amazinggggg so give that a shot as well. you can find it at any salon. the oils can be found at a health good store or you can just mix the oil into your conditioner.Herbal Hair Re-growth Treatment Shampoo its really work?
Shampoo of any kind can't help.Consult a dermatologist(an experienced one).Only a good dermatologist can prescribe good course of action to stop hair falling and regrow some (may be a good quantity of lost ones).


Don't try those shampoos frequently advertised giving lot of hope to allure you these products.Please don't fall prey to this.
