well raghvendra,let me tell you.there are so many medicines,shampoos available in market but all of them are big scrap.even if you go for general shampoos like head and shoulders or clinic all clear.or you go for medicinal shampoos like selsun,nizral etc....yah these medicinal shampoos are bit more active and keeps dandruff away for more time but ultimately dandruff will come again after few days.


yah you can go for home remedies which r quiet useful and harmless....like massaging with mixture of oil(coconut or amla or mustard)and lemon ...keep it for few hours then wash your hair with curd or egg.this remedy not only will reduce dandruff but also make ur hairs shine..u can do it continously 2-3 times a week.


but again i will tell you,whatever you do you can not totally remove dandruff from your head except if you get bald....just kiddingWhich is the best medicine (or) shampoo (or) treatment for dandruff ? thanks in advace..?

tea tree shampoo...worked a treat for me!!!
I have found that a product bought in salons in the range Wella SP called remove this is a shampoo it costs around %26amp;8.50 a bottle but as it is a salon product. As it is so concentrated then it will last you about 5 months. Don't use shop brought shampoo as they contain a product called lacquer that builds up on the scalp making the your scalp even worst or head and shoulders which actually burns the top layer of skin away and agrivates the next layer making it worst again.
Try Delorenzo '; Scalp cleanser'; and also use the toner.
Before going to bed cut a lemon in half then rub it all over the hair making sure the lemon juice is well into the scalp. Leave on over night. Then wash as normal. All you dandruff will be gone. This was advised to my husband and it really worked.
Kms but you get it from salon. Please dont use Head and Shoulders. You may as well scrub your scalp with a scourer.It is so strong you can actually perm with it. It will take flakes away but does not cure. You would have to use it every time you wash hair.Stay clear of it. You can buy a Tea Tree shampoo and they are good to. from chemist or store
Everyones hair/scalp are different, Haed ans shoulders worked for me cleared it up quickly.





I use Trevor Sorbee for straightnin my hair so I dont get dandruff any more but if it were to return I would go straight back to Head an Shoulders!


Panten used to do a good one but Im not sure if they do it any more!
